At Erenti, we strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand our return process:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • As each garment is made to order, we do not offer refunds once production has begun.

      Please ensure all details (size, style, customisations) are confirmed before finalising your order. Once a garment has been made, it is considered a final sale and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

      This policy ensures we can maintain the quality, craftsmanship, and personalised service we stand for.

      If you have any concerns before ordering, we’re happy to assist 

      • Returns & Store Credit Policy

        As each garment is made to order, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. Please ensure all details (size, style, and customisations) are confirmed before completing your purchase.

        If eligible for return (where applicable):

        • You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery.

        • Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

        • Final sale items, including those purchased during promotional or clearance events, are not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly marked on our website.

        Store Credit & Exchanges Only:

        • Once we receive and verify your returned item(s), we will issue store credit for the value of the item(s), excluding original shipping costs.

        • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.

        • If you request an exchange, we will dispatch the new item(s) as soon as possible, subject to availability.

        • If there is a price difference, we’ll adjust the balance accordingly using store credit.

  2. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide details and any supporting evidence, such as photos of the damaged item.
    • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Please note:

  • Erenti reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or if the return period has exceeded 30 days.
  • Erenti is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the return shipment. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance.
  • If you received a gift purchased from Erenti and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
